A question from someone: Hey, so I just have a question for you. I have been working out for 2 months now, I see a difference in every part of my body but my stomach and sadly that’s what I want to lose so badly. I do cardio, I do a shit load of elliptical and do abs every workout but I haven’t seen much change in that section. Any ideas? Or suggestions?

Like the last question I answered, you need to be on a lean diet in order to lose fat. Many people don’t understand this, but most of your gains and results come from what you eat and when you eat it.
